Cutting table, pattern paper, and standing fabric rolls in a Lviv fashion atelier

Est. 2025 · Office 506, 2 Vodohinna, Lviv

Fashion courses, cloth wholesale, family stores

TOP KONNEKSHN TOV teaches fashion and garment construction, sells cloth and sewing goods by the bolt, and hangs clothing and shoes on its own family-shop rails.

The Lviv desk opened in 2025 at 2, of. 506, vul. Vodohinna, 79017. Students and trade accounts pull material from the same yard; a finished idea can move onto a shop floor instead of staying in a folder.

The circuit

Classroom, yard, and shop in one loop

Academic work and fashion retail share a single stock book. A pattern cut in class can be sewn from a yard bolt and priced on a family rail the same season.

  1. 01

    Studio

Courses cover fashion, light-industry practice, and clothing construction. Pattern work happens on cutting tables and machines in Lviv, not only on a screen.

  2. 02

    Yard

Bolts, notions, and packed menswear and children’s wear sit in the wholesale aisle. Course groups and shop buyers draw from the same shelves.

  3. 03

    Floor

Family shops put adult and children’s clothing and shoes on racks so a sample is sold, sized, and seen on a body — not only photographed.

The house

A 2025 Lviv office that holds three trades

TOP KONNEKSHN TOV works from office 506 at 2 vul. Vodohinna in Lviv, Lvivska oblast. The same desk answers for course seats, wholesale lots, and shop stock — one Ukrainian address, three books.

The closed loop is the point of the house. A student or partner can take production cloth from the yard in the same week a construction class meets, then see a related piece hang in a family shop. We do not list awards or a long client count; the work is the circuit itself.

Write Lidia Yurkiv at the Vodohinna office for a course date, a fabric lot, or a shop delivery. The phone on the file is +380998955443.

The lines

Five books kept from one Lviv desk

Education, cloth, notions, packed apparel, and family retail share the Vodohinna file. Each line below is a separate order — they are not bundled unless you ask.

01

Fashion and construction courses

Programs cover fashion, light-industry practice, and clothing construction. Groups meet around a cutting table and machines, then walk the yard to choose cloth they will actually sew rather than a printed swatch card alone.

02

Wholesale fabrics

Bolts for trade accounts and for course use: base cloth, lining, and seasonal fashion goods. Lots leave from the Lviv yard. Ask by fibre, width, and metres — we do not run a public price list on this page.

03

Sewing notions

Buttons, zips, thread, interlining, and small hardware in trade packs. The same aisle supplies class kits and shop-floor repairs, so a broken zip on a rail can be matched from stock already in the building.

04

Wholesale men’s and children’s apparel

Packed menswear and children’s clothing for retailers who need cartons rather than a single size run. Orders are written at the same office that books course seats, so a shop buyer and a tutor share one counter.

05

Family retail shops

Clothing and footwear for children and adults on our own shop floors. A collection that starts as studio work can be priced and hung in the shops instead of remaining a sample on a form.

The yard

What sits on the wholesale shelves

Trade buyers and course leads walk the same aisle. Name the fibre and the width; we pick the bolt. Packed menswear and children’s cartons sit beside the cloth so a shop order can mix apparel and fabric in one collection.

The studio

From a letter to a garment on a rail

A course seat is booked from office 506, not from a walk-up classroom door. Once you are placed, the group works on forms and machines kept for construction, then draws extra metres from the yard if a sample needs a second cloth.

  1. Write the Vodohinna office

Name the course, the lot, or the shop delivery you need. Lidia’s desk holds the calendar.

  2. Take a place in a group

Fashion, light-industry, or clothing-construction seats are assigned with the cloth list you will handle.

  3. Cut and sew in the studio

Pattern paper, machines, and forms stay in the room. Work is physical, on the table, in Lviv.

  4. Pull metres from the yard

If the sample needs another fibre or a lining, the aisle is the same building’s wholesale stock.

  5. Hang a piece in a family shop

When a garment is ready to sell, it can move onto a rail for children or adults instead of staying a sample.

The shops

Family rails for children and adults

The retail side is a network of family shops, not a single flagship window. Rails hold current clothing and footwear for children and adults. Stock is drawn from the wholesale book and from studio work, so a floor can carry both bought-in lots and pieces that began as class samples.

Each shop posts its own opening hours on the door. Course visits and wholesale collections are arranged from Vodohinna; they are not walk-in hours for the classroom or the yard.

Who shops
Families buying clothing and shoes; trade buyers collect lots from the yard, not from the retail rail.
What hangs
Adult and children’s garments plus footwear, rotated from the 2025 wholesale and studio books.

Questions

Before you write the desk

Can course students buy cloth from the yard?

Yes. Students and partners may take production materials and fabrics from the wholesale shelves, subject to lot size and what is in stock that week. Write the desk before a class if you need a specific fibre.

Do you sell wholesale to shops that are not yours?

Yes. The yard sells fabrics, notions, and packed men’s and children’s clothing to trade accounts. Send the category and quantity to the Vodohinna office; we reply from the same address that holds the stock.

Where do I go in Lviv?

Office 506, 2 vul. Vodohinna, Lviv, Lvivska oblast, 79017, Ukraine. Courses and wholesale visits are booked from this desk. Family shops are separate addresses; ask when you write if you need a retail floor rather than the office.

What hours does the office keep?

The Vodohinna office books course seats and wholesale lots by arrangement. There is no walk-in classroom hour published here. Each family shop keeps its own door times.
